生产过程数据采集与信息管理系统的设计

【摘要】 本文述及一个分布式多级系统的结构设计思想;下位采集站与上位操作站的结构与软件设计要点;操作站与采集站的通信及任务协调。介绍3(?)网络与新推出的DLINK 网络在本系统中的应用方法.最后简介油品管理与化验室管理两个子系统的设计。

【Abstract】 A design scheme for the multi-level distributed computer systemapplied to the petrochemical processes has been discussed in this paper.The acquisition of the process variables and data preprocessing on the work-shop level are accomplished by dataacquisition station.There are four data acq-uisition stations in the system.They have a good ability to overcome the dis-turbance.The regulation of international standard STD bus is adopted.The operating station is composed of the data collection precessing computer,the dispatch management computer and the display with high distingushabili-ty and big screen.It has many functions:data storage,display,inquiry,al-arm,print report forms and the display of historic data.In order to realize the communication between the operating station and dataacquisition station,RS-422 interface is employed in this system.And therules of high-level data link communication protocol HDLC are adopted.Theoperating station is principal and the acquisition stations are the subordinate.Using the compatibility of 3~+ network and DLINK network,we link up thedata collection computer,dispatch computer and other management computerssuch that form a network and realize the data shared.The design of two subsystems for the management of petroleum products andlaboratory test is introduced briefly in the last part of this paper.
