【摘要】 本文讨论了人体总钾量测试治疗系统研制的理论和实际应用问题。人体总钾量换算板是以血清钾浓度(血K~+)值、血pH值、总钾量变化值三元素函数曲线图为基础。对260例腹部外科手术后病人测得的血K~+值、血pH值,采用多元线性回归分析方法,应用计算机进行回归检验。设计程序时包括不同程度缺钾或高钾病人诊断、补钾量及治疗方法、不同类型酸碱失衡的诊断和治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the development theories and practical application problems of the system in the determination and treatment with the human body-total potassium capacity(HBTPC).The conversion plate of HBTPC is based on the figute of the value of the serum potassium concentration (SPC),the arterial blood pH(ABpH)and the variation of HBTPC.We have the regression analysis on the computer to exam the value of SPC, ABpH and the variation of HBTPC,using the polybasic,linear,regression analysis method to 260 cases patients afterthe operation of the abdomer.
