【摘要】 在统计质量控制研究和应用中,有许多误差,尤其是形状质量服从差数模分布。但是,如何对服从差数模分布的形状误差进行质量控制,无论是理论,还是实践,这方面的研究很少。本文从形状误差的性质,差数模分布规律的讨论着手,提出了误差分布的直观判别方法以及理论分布函数的检验法,求解服从差数模分布有关参数的过程框图。最后,文章提出了服差数模分布的形状质量控制的几个指标的确定。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the research of statistical quality control and its application, there are many kinds of error,which abided by the difference moudlc distribution, particularly in the eases of shape quality. But how to do the quality control in shape error which abided by the difference moudle distribution, there is hot only in theory but also in practce, little research in this aspect. This paper, starting from the discussion of charaeter of the shape error and rules of the difference moudle distribution, presented a visual method for identifying the form of error distribution,a testing method for theory dietribtion and a flow-chart for determinrng the parameters of the difference module distribution. In the end,the paper points out the targets for the control in shape quality which abided by the difference module distributon and the formuals for the targets have shown.更多还原
