水稻品种抗稻瘟病的遗传分析
Genetic Analyses of Rice Varieties Resistant to the Rice Blast
【摘要】 用13个水稻品种与广谱感病品种丽江新团黑谷杂交,用7个稻瘟病菌生理小种(ZA1,ZB13,ZC13,ZD1,ZE1,ZF1,ZG1)分别对亲本、F1和F2代植株进行接种测定,分析13个品种的基因组成。结果表明:94.5%抗性呈显性,5.5%抗性呈隐性。13个品种对2个测试小种的抗性多数受一对或两对显性基因控制(3:1或15:1),少数受两对抑制基因控制(13:3)或两对显性互补基因控制(9:7)以及三对显性基因控制(63:1)。基因分析结果还表明,13个品种至少各含有两对不尽相同的抗瘟性基因。故认为,品种属于不同的抗源。就抗病品种作母本或父本情况看,稻瘟病抗性属细胞核遗传。
【Abstract】 Thirteen rice resistant varieties were crossed respectively with the Li jian Xintuonhergu which is a widerange susceptible varitety. The parents and their F1and F2 generation of rice were inoculated by the seven physiologic races, ZA1, ZB13, ZC13ZD1, ZE1, ZF1, ZG1. of pyricularia oryzae, So as to analyse the genetic component of each variety. The results indicated that dominant resistance accounted for 94.5 percent of all F1generation, while ressive resistance were only 5.5 percent. The resistance of these varietes to seven races tested were predominately controlled by one or two dominant genes with a segregation ratio of 3∶1 or 15∶1. While few resistance of rice blast were controlled by two inhibitory genes (13∶3) or two dominant complementary genes (9∶7) or three dominant genes (63∶1). This is also showed that each of the thirteen varieties includes at least two of the same imcomplete resistant genes. Consequently, these varieties were suggested to belong to different resistant source. In addition, th resistance of rice blast was controlled by nuclear inheritance.
