【Abstract】 Q-switched Nd: YAG laser iridectomy was used to treat 92 eyes with angle closure glaucoma in early stage. Iridectomizing of 0.3-0.5mm in size required a mean of 16.5±13.4 pulses and a mean total energy of 228.4±196.5 mj. The patients were followed up from one to twelve months. In the first month after iridectomy, dark room and proneposition (DKPP) test was negative in 82.05% of the eyes. The effective rate was 85.4%, evaluated by IOP and DKPP test.更多还原
