【摘要】 作了17眼兔角膜层间水凝胶镜片植入术,比较了手术前后屈光度和角膜曲率。植入镜片有平片、凸镜、凹镜和圆圈。随访二个月后全部取眼球作病理检查。结果屈光度改变2.5～12.5D,13眼角膜全透明,1眼半透明,2眼局部混浊,1眼中央全混浊。对镜片类型、形态、手术方法和手术效果之间的关系作了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors performed 17 operations of hydrogel intracorneal lens on the eyes of rabbits, and compared the eye diopters and corneal curvatures before and after operations. The hydrogel lens which had been implanted were flat, concave, convex and hoops, respectively. After the period of two month follow-up, all the eyes were cut out and had pathological examinations. The changes of average values of diopter ranged from 2.5—12.5 D. The thirteen corneas of seventeen eyes were completely transparent, one semitransparent, two local turbidity and one whole central cornea opaque. The relationships between the types of hydrogel lens, the surgical technique and the results of operations are discussed.更多还原
