【Abstract】 The value of blind spot extension in diagnosis of early open-angle glaucoma is stillan arguing subject, we analized 154 eyes of 87 patients diagnosed early open-angle glaucoma with Humphery Field Analyzer and found that 69 eyes (44.8%) had simple blind spot extension, among which 28 eyes had blind spot extension as well as other of glaucomatic field defects. So we think blind spot extension is an important factor and should not be neglected in diagnosis of early open-angle glaucoma.更多还原
