【摘要】 用火焰原子吸收法测定红细胞膜结合钙含量。测定健康者35例,D为4.68±1.37μg/mg膜蛋白;原发性高血压患者34例。D为2.00±0.26μg/mg膜蛋白。测定结果表明,原发性高血压细胞膜结合钙含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。该测定方法的回收率为98.23％～104.68％,相对标准偏差小于3.18％。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thep resent study was performed to determine the amounts of binding calcium in human erythrocyte membrane by flame AAS. In thirty-five healthy subjects, the average of binding calcium in erythrocyte membr- ane was 4.68±1.37μg per 1mg membrane proteins; in thirty-four subjects with primary hypertension, the average of binding calcium in erythrocyte membrane was 2.00±0.26μg 1mg membrane proteins. The result re vealed that the binding calcium in red erythrocyte membrane in subjects with primary hypertension was significantly lower than that of the healthy con- trols(p<0.01). We also discussed the determination method, the rate of recovery varied from 98.23% to 104.68% and the RSD was less than 3.18%.更多还原
