求取加热炉最佳炉温制度的一种新方法

【摘要】 本文在加热炉内钢坯加热过程数学模型的基础上,首次提出了一种以钢坯焓增过程积分值为目标函数求取加热炉最优炉温制度的方法。计算结果表明:这种优化方法体现了最佳升温曲线的实质和快速加热的原则,得出的优化炉温不仅最大程度地节约了燃料,而且最大程度地减少了钢坯的氧化烧损,使减少燃耗与降低氧化烧损获得了统一。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a new method to get the optimal furnace temperature of reheating furnace is brought up for the first time on the basis of the mathematical model of continuous reheating furnace. The objective function is the integral value of enthalpy increasing process of billet. The calculating results show that this method incarnates really the essense of optimal temperature raising process of billet and embodies sufficiently the principle of speedy reheating. The optimal furnace temperature makes reheating furnace not only save fuel sufficiently but also decrease the oxidation of metal to the greatest degree. So it makes saving fuel consistent with decreasing oxidation.
