【Abstract】 The chemical constitueuts of Rubia yunnanensis were studied by chromatography and spectroscopy.Two anthranquinone glycosides were isolated and identified as 2-methyl-1,3,6-trihydroxy-9,10-anthranquinone-3-O-(6’-O-acetyl)-α-L-rhamnosyl (1→2)-β-D-glucoside(A)and its 6’-deacetyl analoque (B) which had been isolated from R.cordifolia.
