【Abstract】 The three-component disturbance eoefficen.ts usually are used as a important parameter with which three-component dynamometer perfor- mance is evaluated.Through analysis and experiment,this paper considers that the above mentioned evaluating method does not really report a distur- bance Case of dynamometer during using.Therefore that a plane disturbance coefficents are used as evaluating dynamometer performance instead of a three-component disturbance coefficents is presented.Moreover some of view- points in designing,manufacturing and using a dynamometer are related.更多还原
