【摘要】 以分离的胃平滑肌细胞在不同pH溶液中的存活率为指标,观察了生长抑素对蟾蜍胃平滑肌细胞抗酸能力的影响。结果表明,在pH5.4和3.4的条件下,生长抑素明显地加强胃平滑肌细胞对盐酸的抵抗力。但当pH降到1.4时,这种加强作用不明显。结果提示,在一定的pH范围内,生长抑素对由盐酸引起的胃平滑肌细胞的损伤具有直接的保护作用。本文讨论了生长抑素在胃溃疡的进程和结局中的可能意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of somatostatin on the resistance of isolated gastric smooth muscle cells of toad to hydrochloric acid was observed. The results obtained showed that pretreatment of the smooth muscle cells with somatostatin (6×10^-8mol/L)strengthened the resistance of the gastric smooth muscle cells to the damage induced by hydrochloric acid. The effect of somatostatin was quite significant when the pH in Ringer’s solution was 5.4 and 3.4. But if the pH was decreased to 1.4, the effect of somatostatin disappeared. The results suggest that somatostatin has a direct cytoprotective effect on damage of gastric smooth muscle cells induced by hydrochloric acid.更多还原
