在表面活性剂存在下,用新显色剂BTAPG分光光度法测定微量钛

【摘要】 本文详细地研究了新显色剂4—(2—苯并噻唑偶氮)焦棓酚(BTAPG)与Ti(IV)和CTMAB的灵敏显色反应和所形成的配合物结构,该配合物最大吸收波长为580nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.01×104L·mol-1·cm-1,钛在0~18μg/25ml范围内服从比耳定律。Ti(Ⅳ)-BTAPG为带负电荷、组成比为1:2的紫红色配合物,其表观稳定常数为1.0×109。所拟定的分析方法已满意地用于钢铁中痕量或小量钛的分光光度测定。

【Abstract】 In pH3.0, 4-(2-benzothiazolylazo) pyrogallol (BTAPG), a new organic reagent, reacts with Ti(Ⅳ) to form a stable, violet, negatively charged, 2 : 1 complex. The cationic surfactants such as cctyl trimcthylammonium bromide (CTMAB) have solublization for the chromogcnic reagent and scnsibilization for the chromogcnic reaction, forming a ternary micelle complex. At pH3.0, 25℃, μ0.1, λmax is 580 nm, ε580 is 7.01 × 104L · mol-1 · cm-1 and the stability constant of the Ti(Ⅳ)-BTAPG complex is 1.0×109. The structure of thc Ti(Ⅳ)-BTAPG complex was suggested.The analytical procedure appling thc optimum experimental condition has been developed and the satisfactory results for the spcctrophotomctric determination of trace and minor titanium in steel were obtained.
