【摘要】 用双盲对照进行脑血栓形成临床试验。99例治疗组用复方阿魏酸钠胶囊,1颗tid共4wk,95例对照组用吡乙酰胺。总有效率分别为84％和28％,用评分记分法判断疗效时,表明复方阿魏酸钠使疾病改善和评分减少比对照组更明显,2组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。本药对血小板聚集功能有明显抑制(P<0.05),疗效肯定,无明显副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 We used sodium ferulate compound, one capsule tid to treat cerebral thrombosis in 99 patients (M 68, F 31, age 64±12) for 4 wk and piracetam in 95 patients served as control in double blind method. The result showed that the total response rates were 84% and 28% respectively. An improvement of disease and a reduction of score in the treated group were significant in comparison with the control group (P<0.05), It had obvious inhibiting effect on platelet aggregation (P<0.05). No apparent side effects were observed.更多还原
