【摘要】 安非拉酮化学名为二乙胺苯丙酮,为中枢性食欲抑制剂。据84例服25mg tid×2mo临床验证资料,本品治疗单纯性肥胖有效率为98％,治疗2mo平均降体重7.2±2.4kg,疗效高于对照组七消丸及文献报道的类似产品。本品对心、肝、肾及血象无不良反应。治疗期间注意低热量饮食以增加减肥效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Amfepramone, (diethylpropion) is a central anorectic drug applied for reducing body weight in patients with simple obesity. Eighty-four patients with obesity were treated with amfepramone 25 rng tid for 2 mo, the response rate was 98%, 7.2±2.4 kg of body weight were lost. It was effective for reducing body weight than that of control group given Qixiao Wan. It had no adverse effects to heart, liver, kidney and blood cells. In order to enhance the clinical effects, low calorie controlled diets in the course of treatment is suggested.更多还原
