【摘要】 采用自身对照方法,研究60例住院精神分裂症患者服药前后血脂变化。结果显示氯丙嗪、氯氮平、氟哌啶醇、舒必利等药显著提高患者的血清甘油三酯(TG)和胆固醇(TC)水平,(P<0.01)。在服药后的9wk末TG平均升高1.1mmol/L,接近服药前基础水平1.2mmol/L,而TC仅升高0.7mmol/L;但对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 We employed a self-control design to investigate the change of blood lipids in 60 patients with schizophrenia before and after medication of chlorproma-zine, clozapine, haloperidol, sulpifide and so on. The results showed that antipsycho-tics significantly enhanced serum triglycerides (TG) and cholesterol (TC) level of the patients, namely the former increment was 1.1 mmol/L which reached close to the basic level 1.2 mmol/L and the latter 0.7 mmol/L after receiving the above agents for 9 wk, but it had no significant, influence on the HDL-ch.更多还原
