【摘要】 本文观察胃镜确诊的十二指肠溃疡及胃溃疡患者共40例,随机分为2组:即服法莫替丁的治疗组20例与服西咪替丁的对照组20例,均以6wk为一个疗程。疗程结束后再由胃镜复查,其溃疡愈合率在治疗组与对照组分别为90％与65％,差异显著(P<0.01)。观察结果,法莫替丁治疗消化性溃疡的近期疗效高,对上腹部疼痛缓解较西咪替丁显著,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty patients with endoscopically proved active peptic ulcer (25 duodenal and 15 gastric) were selected randomly. Twenty patients treated with famotidine 20 mg bid, while the another 20 patients treated with cimetidine 400 mg bid. Cimetidine was used as control. After a course of treatment (6 wk) all patients were re-examined endoscopically. Peptic ulcer were healed in 18 out of 20 patients (90 %) treated with famotidine and 13 out of 20 patients (65 %) treated with cimetidine. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Epigastric pain was relieved in famotidine group after 7 d treatment. Adverse reactions were rare in this group.更多还原
