【摘要】 采用薄芝注射液治疗28例运动神经元病和9例进行性肌营养不良症患者。每日0.5g或隔日1g im,疗程1-3mo。治疗后,前者28例中11例(39％)显效,12例(43％)有效,5例晚期患者无效。后者9例中2例显效,6例有效,1例无效。值得临床试用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty-eight patients with motor neuron diseases (MND) and 9 with progressive muscular dystrophy (PMD) who had participated in the treatment of Baozhi [Ganoderma. capense (Lloyd) Teng] injection were interviewed and reexamined at the beginning and after 1-3 mo period of therapy (0.5 g qd or 1 g qod im). In MND. 11 patients (39%) greatly improved, 12 (43%) improved, and 5 patients failed. In PMD, 2 patients greatly improved, 6 improved, and 1 failed. So it is worthwhile for clinical use.更多还原
