【摘要】 本文介绍头孢曲松治疗儿童细菌性感染156例。男82,女74,年龄1-12yr(7±5yr)。其中,败血症74例、细菌性脑膜炎52例、肺炎22例、骨髓炎8例。用药剂量22.5-100mg(kg·d),平均剂量为67±SD 14mg/(kg·d),疗程4-15d(8±4d);显效率117/156(75.0％),有效率31/156(19.9％),总有效率94.9％。作用迅速,副作用轻微。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bacterial infections in 156 children (M 82, F 74; aged l-12yr, 7±5yr; septicemia 74, bacterial meningitis 52, pneumonia 22, and osteomyelitis 8) were treated with ceftriaxone 22.5-100 mg/(kg.d) [67±14 mg/ (kg.d)] for 4-15 d (8±4d). The marked response rate was 117/156 (75.0%) and the response rate was 31/156 (19,9%), the total response rate was 94.9%. The onset of effects was rapid, and adverse reactions were mild.更多还原
