【摘要】 医学模式的转变,为当前预防保健战略研究提供了理论基础,预防保健战略研究的内容、目标应是新医学模式的重要体现.新医学模式提出了医学发展的目标导向,为预防保健找到了一个有效的突破口,包括提高身心因素,开展预防活动等方面的实践过程中,不改善社会环境、心理环境和生态环境,就无法促进身心健康的发展。目前我们进行的预防保健战略研究,应当从提高人民群众自我保健能力入手,以提高人群健康状况和改善社会卫生状况为重点,为实现"2000年人人享有卫生保健"的全球战略做出应有的贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 The change of medical model has provided a theoretic base for studying preventive care stratcgy.The content and object of the strategic study should reflect the new medical model. New medical model has directed the development of medicine and found an effective way for preventive care,including to promote psychosomatic conditions,and to improve social, psychological and ecological environment, otherwise, preventive activities will have no way to promote psychosomatic health. What we do now in studying preventive care strategy should begin from encouraging masses capability of self-care, and lmphasize on promoting group health condition and improving social health situation,so that we could contribute to the global strategy of "health for all in the year of 2000".更多还原
