【摘要】 我们制备的间接血凝抗原,其阳性捡出率为95.31％,假阳性率为1.71％,与并殖吸虫病有31.30％的交叉反应,对其它常见的人体寄生虫病没有明显的交叉反应;动物实验结果,阳性反应最早出现为15d,最迟30d;实验兔治疗后1年阴转率为82.35％;血吸虫病人治疗2年阴转率为84.21％;致敏血球置4℃冰箱或室温(5～38℃)保存2年效价一致;IHA重演性好;判别阳性标准滴度以1:10为宜;记录IHA反应结果的时间与温度有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The antigen used in IHA test was produced in our laboratory. The detection rate for confirmed positive sera from schistosome patients was 95.31 %. while false positive rate was 1.71%. The cross-reaction with paragonimiasis was 31.3% but none with other parasitic diseases. Antibody reaction in rabbits appeared from 15th to 30th day after infection. The negative conversion rate in cured rabbits was 82.35% one year after praziquantel therapy and the rate in patients was 84.21% two years after treatment.Lyophilized red blood cells sensitized with antigen maintained their sensitivity after being stored at 4℃or room temperature ( 5-38℃ ) for two years. IHA test with antigen of the same batch was highly reduplicative. It was appropriate to take the titre of 1 : 10 as the criterion for diagnosis and the time for reading the result should be related to temperature.更多还原
