【摘要】 本观察共分4组:甲组104例,首服阿苯达唑300mg和复方甲苯咪唑1片(含甲苯咪唑100mg、左旋咪唑25mg),第2、3次各服复方甲苯咪唑1片,1.5d服完;乙组117例,每次服阿苯达唑100mg和复方甲苯咪唑1片,1.5d共服3次;丙组61例,阿苯达唑600mg顿服或1.5d分3次服,每次200mg;及丁组87例,1.5d服3次,每次服复方甲苯咪唑2片。4个组治后半月复查,蛔虫卵、钩虫卵、鞭虫卵的阴转率分别为:甲组100％(36/36)、95.0％(76/80)、65.7％(44/67);乙组100％(42/42)、100％(75/75),66.7％(54/81);丙组100％(19/19)、82.1％(32/29)、52.8％(19/36);丁组96.3％(26/27)、73.8％(45/61)、62.3％(33/53)。蛔虫卵和钩虫卵减少率均在95％以上甚至100％,鞭虫卵减少率也可达80.1～93.9％。4个组的服药后副反应均甚轻微,以头昏和胃部不适多见,副反应率分别为11.8％、5.4％、0％及4.7％。结果提示两药小剂量伍用较单药常用量为优,且以驱治蛔虫和钩虫的效果更为满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four groups of patients were observed in this study. First group with 104 cases, 300mg of albendazole and 1 tablet of mebendazole co. (100mg mebendazole and 25mg levamisole each tablet) were given as the first dose and 1 tablet of mebenadzole co. for the second dose in the same day and then 1 tablet of mebendazole co. in the next day . Second group with 117 cases , 1 tablet of mebendazole co. and l00mg of albendazole were given togather for three times in one and half days. Third group with 61 cases, 600mg of albendazole was given as 1 dose or divided into 3 doses in one and half days. Forth group with 87 cases, 2 tablets of mebendazole co. for 3 doses in one and half days. Two weeks after treatment, the cure rates of each group were as follows: Ist group :ascaris 100% (36/36), hookworm 95.0%(76/80) and trichuris 65.7%(44/67) ; 2nd group; ascaris 100%(42/42), hookworm 100% (75/75), and trichuris 66.7% (54/81) ; 3rd group: ascaris 100%(19/19), hookworm 82.1%(32/39) and trichuris 52.8%(19/36); and4th group: ascaris 96.3%(26/27),hookworm 73.8% (45/61) and trichuris 62.3%(33/53).The egg reduction rates of ascaris and hookworm in these four groups were allover 95%, but that of trichuris was 80.1-93.86%.The side effects were scanty and mild.These results indicate that the efficacyof combined therapy with small dosage of albentzole and mdbebdazole co. in treatmentof intestinal nematodes is sa tisfectory, especially in treatment of hookworm disease,the result is better then in single use of these two drugs with double dosage.更多还原
