【摘要】 近年来,人们发现人和哺乳类动物体内存在有一种强心、利钠利尿的内源性类洋地黄物质(EDLS)。本文报告应用国产的Digoxin放射免疫分析(RIA)药盒,经改良后测定了新生儿脐血清EDLS水平,同时测定了成人和晚孕妇女血清EDLS水平。结果发现:新生儿脐血清EDLS含量(271±59ng/L,n=45)明显高于成人(101±52ng/L,n=43)和晚孕妇女(221±93ng/L,n=46)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective of this study was to measure serum EDLS level of neonatal umbilical cord blood with Radioimmunoassay (RIA). At the same time, we measured serum EDLS levels of normal adults and pregnant women of third trimester. The concentration of serum EDLS of neonatal umbilical cord (271±59ng/L, n=45) was significantly higher than that either normal adults (101+52ng/L, n=43) or pregnant women of third trimester (221+93ng/L, n=46).更多还原
