【摘要】 水稻成株期先后用88个(次)菌株,分别接种65个(次)国内外品种,不同菌株的致病力差异显著.根据广西水稻50个细菌性条斑病菌株在民科占、南抗一号、IR50、团结一号、IR26鉴别品种上致病力的差异和特征,可划分为0、Ⅰ一Ⅷ致病型,反应模式分别是RRRRR、SRRRR、SSRRR、SSSRR、SSSSR、SSSSS、RSRRR、RRSRR、RSSRR.其中,Ⅲ型和Ⅱ型是广西优势致病型,各地均有分布.有些菌株与品种之间存在强互作反应.更多还原

【Abstract】 Eighty eight isolates (/times) have been tested with 65 varieties(/times) from home and abroad inoculated at booting stage. The pathogenicity of different isolates were varied markedly. Nine patho-types(or races)were divided according to the diseased reaction on five basic differentiators i. e. Min Ke Zhan,Nan Kang 1,IR 50,Tuanjie 1 and IR 26. Their reaction models in the order are:O-RRRRR; I-SRRRR, Ⅱ-SSRRR; Ⅲ-SSSRR, Ⅵ-SSSSR, Ⅴ-SSSSS, Ⅵ-RSRRR, Ⅶ-RRSRR, Ⅷ-RSSRR. Pathotype Ⅲand Ⅱ of the pathogens were dominant forms, they distributed everywhere in Guangxi. There exists strong interaction between 2 isolates and 2 varieties.更多还原
