【Abstract】 Intraspecific protoplast fusion bodies of Pleurotus ostreatus were obtained on a minimum mediumsupplemented with the fusogen PEG MW 6000.Wallzyme and cellulase were used to dissolve the cellwalls.An examination of the fusion bodies tetrads revealed that the two genes ser and met in P.ostrea-tus might be non—linked and located far from each other.更多还原
