【Abstract】 Application of potassium combined with nitrogen to sweet orangetrees at the flowering and fruit-bearing stage on a neutral purple soilpromoted growth and yield of the plants and quality and storage life ofthe fruit harvested.Phosphate application showed little effect.Leafanalysis demonstrated that the plant nutrition level remained relativelystabe in the treatment where N and K were applied at 400g N and 300gK₂O/tree/year,respectively,to seven-year-old trees on a Poncirustrifoliata rootstock （N∶K=1∶0.75）.Application of N alone withoutother elements reduced the uptake of P,K and B,whereas K applicationalone inhibited the absorption of Mg and Mn.更多还原
