【摘要】 对藏山羊肌肉组织学特性作了研究。结果表明,藏山羊肌纤维细,背最长肌肌纤维直径27.407±3.120μ,股二头股29.733±2.151μ;肌纤维密度大,背最长肌1195.06±274.03根/mm~2,股二头肌997.16±107.53根/mm~2;肌内肌纤维比例大,背最长肌为81.428±2.920%,股二头肌为84.406±0.721%。在一定程度上反映了藏山羊肌肉肉质细嫩。提示在开发和综合利用藏山羊时,除重视其产绒性能外,同时,也应重视其产肉性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The histological character of the muscle from Tibetan goat was studied.The results showed that,the muscular fibers of Tibetan goat were fine,the average diameters of fibers for longissimus dorsi and biceps femoris were 27.407±3.120μ and 29.733±2.151μ respectively.The dense degrees of the muscle fibers were large,the dense degrces of the fi- bers for longissimus dorsi and biceps femoris were 1195.06±274.03(N/mm~2)and 997.16 ±107.53(N/mm~2),respectively.The volume of the fibers was large in proportion to the connective tissuc.The proportion of fibers for longissimus dorsi and biceps fomoris were 81.428±2.920% and 81.406±0.721%,respectively,in some degrees,These results reveal that the Tibetan goat’s meat is tender,and we must pay attention to the production per- formance of meat except to the hair yield in the development and utilization of the Tibetan goat.更多还原
