麝鼠睾丸功能的季节性变化
Seasonal Changes of Testis Functions in Muskrats
【摘要】 在不同季节对健康成年雄性麝鼠的睾丸、曲精细管解剖、组织学及血清睾酮、鼠群产仔起止日期等进行观测,结果表明麝鼠睾丸功能有明显的季节性变化,在4月为最盛,7月开始衰退,10月最弱,1月开始回升。光周期可能是调控麝鼠睾丸功能最重要的生态因子,其次为环境温度。
【Abstract】 Three to five captive normal adult male muskrats were respectively slaughtered in different seasons. The testis length, width, absolute weight and relative weight, external diameter of seminiferous tubule, occurrence rate of tubular cavity, thickness of tubular wall, cell composition and arrangement of seminiferous epithelium, serum testosterone concentration, starting date and closing date Of female muskrat parturition in a year were measured and observed. The results showed that the testis functions, of muskrats changed with the changes of seasons. They were active in April, They began to decrease in Jul. quiet in Oct., and began to increase in January. It is suggested that the photoperiod may be the most important one of environmental factors for regulating testis functions of muskrats. Environmental temperature is also an important influential factor.
