【摘要】 木文报告96例颅内肿瘤病人外周血常规免疫指标的测定,并与53例正常人相对比。结果,脑瘤组与对照组两者间的淋巴细胞转化率 （LTT）,E--玫瑰花环形成率 （E-RFC）、淋巴细胞计数（Lym） 均呈现极显著性差异 （P<0.001）,免疫球蛋白IgG和补体C₃也呈现显著性差异 （P<0.05）。表明颅内肿瘤患者的免疫功能普遍低下更多还原

【Abstract】 The immune competent test of lymphocyte in peripheral blood had been performed in 96 patients with intracranial tumor and 53 normal persons. The test showed that the lymphocyte transformation percentage (LTT％), the erythrocyte rosette forming cell percentage (E-RFC％) and the absolute number of lymphocytes (LYM) were statisticly significantly different between the pattents and the control group (P<0.001). The IgG and C3 were also dignificantly different (P<0.05). The results suggest that the immune function in the brain-tumor patients is lower than in the healthy persons.更多还原
