【Abstract】 A series of studies were conducted on the Chendu Brown Goat. All results showed that the goat has excellent skin quality, good meat production performance and high reproductiyity. Its maturity is early and milk fat is high. However, it has a low milkability and is unvalued for wool production. It is suitable to be classified as a common meat goat. We suggested that the excellent genetic traits of its early maturity, high reproductivity and high milk fat be made good use of.更多还原
