固体酸催化合成低碳酯类香料

【摘要】 采用PIR型固体酸催化低碳酯类香料的合成反应,可使反应转化率高达98%,酯收得率达85%。本法较传统采用浓硫酸等作催化剂的酯化反应,省略了中和洗涤工序,减少三废污染,大大缩短了反应周期,并提高了酯的收得率。

【Abstract】 PIR solid acids were used as catalysts for synthesis of the low-carbon ester aroma chemicals. The conversion of the reaction was over 98% the yield of ester oktained was over 85%. This method does not need neutralization and washing which are necessary for using conc.H2SO4 etc. as catalysts, lessens pOllution, shortens enormously the time of the reaction while increases the yield.
