【摘要】 测定24只黑羽型番鸭饲料营养成分的利用率的结果表明,雏鸭的采食量、粪尿排出量和体重的绝对增长值基本一致,粗蛋白和粗脂肪的摄入量随体重增长而增加,粗蛋白的利用率,在1周龄为19.48％,2～8周龄则变动在58.68％～68.73％之间,粗脂肪的利用率,在1周龄为52.94％,在2～4周龄为78.57％～88.67％,5～8周龄为83.16～46.93％,粗脂肪的平均利用率高于粗蛋白,在7周龄前粗蛋白和粗脂肪的营养效价均随个体的生长发育而提高;7～8周龄时,粗蛋白的效价有所回降,雏鹦对粗纤维的利用率极低,可见粗纤维不易被雏鸭消化吸收。更多还原

【Abstract】 The utilization rates of feedstuff nutritions in Cairina maschata have been investigated. The increment of feed expenditure,and fecal and urinary excretion are basically in accordance with that of body weight.The intake of crude protein and crude fat increases as body grows. The utilization rate(s) of crude protein at the age of first week is the lowest(19. 48% )and become varide between 58. 68% to 68. 73%at second through eighth weeks. The utilization rate(s) of crude fat is also lower (52. 94 % )at the first week,while are proximately paralled to gain rates of body weight during weeks second through fourth(78. 57%-88. 67%) and fifth through eighth(83. 16%-46. 93%). On the average,the utilization rates of crude fat are,at all weeks,higher than those of crude protein. The nutritional values of crude protein and fat arc both increased with the body growth ,the only exception occurs at the duration of seventh to eighth weeks,the nutritional value of crude protein then turns downward when ducklings change their feather. The utilization rate of crude fiber in ducklings is negligibel,implying that crude fiber is useless in ducking’ s nutrition. These results may be contributive to the rational feeding of Cairina maschata.更多还原
