鲤鱼幼鱼对表色条纹屏幕的视觉运动反应

【摘要】 研究了鲤鱼幼鱼在白光场下不同表色(蓝色、绿色、黄色、红色和黑色)条纹屏幕中的视觉运动反应,探讨表色、亮度、速度和空间频率对其视觉运动反应速度和临界反应频率的影响。结果表明:除红色外鱼跟随速度随亮度提高而增加;亮度低于10-1nt,鱼对不同颜色的跟随速度差别很大,亮度高于100nt则差别不大。鱼在黄表色条纹屏幕中反应最弱,制约视觉运动反应的直接因素是时间频率而非速度。结果有助于探讨捕捞中渔获量日周期变化的机理。

【Abstract】 This experiment, using blue, green, yellow, red and black surface colors, studied the effects of color, luminance, speed and spatial frequency on the following speed (ωt) and critical response frequency (CRF) of young carp (Cyprinus corpio) in optomotor response. The results showed; ωr increased as luminance intensified, except in red screen; following speeds to different colors distinguished evidentially at luminance lower than 10-1 nt but little different when higher than 10° nt. CRF to yellow rose gradually and slowly with the luminance, but was much lower than to the other four colors in which CRF-lg△B curves made up two parts, ωr speeded up with screen velocity until 4. 6rad/s, which might be the limited swimming speed of young carp. The restricting factor to optomotor response was not screen speed but temporal frequency. These results might be helpful in studying the mechanism for the fluctuation in the daily catch of fish.
