【Abstract】 Luminescent centres of erbium in thin film are consist of several luminescent centres caused by polytypes of lattice structure for zinc sulphide thin film. It has been known that the EL of rare-earth doped thin film is generated by the impact excitation of hot electrons, but it is also by the existence of energy transfer from some defect centres to Er3+ centres, mechanism for EL excitation is thus not single one.更多还原
