【摘要】 数字减影血管造影(DSA)是近十年来一项有广阔前途的新技术,本组病例以脑血管病为主。DSA 对脑血管的动脉狭窄和闭塞、动脉硬化性斑块具有高分辨力、其显像清晰度超过传统血管造影,对脑梗塞、脑出血、颅内动脉瘤及脑血管畸形的诊断具有重要价值。本文110例脑血管病 DSA 检查结果是:动脉狭窄、闭塞和动脉硬化性斑块者38例、颅内动脉瘤10例、脑血管畸形14例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Digital Subtraction Angiagraphy(DSA)is a new technique of great prospect inrecent ten years,most of patients with cerebrovascular diseases,DSA has great diff-erentiating ability to arterial stenosis and/or obstruction,artreiosclerotic plaques,and may attain satisfactory images whose clarity surpasses that of traditional angiog-raphy.For the diagnosis of the patients with cerebral infarction or haemorrhage,aneurysm and cerebrovascular malformation,DSA shows important value. In this paper 100 cases of cerebrovascular diseases were examined by DSA,therewere arterial stenosis and/or obstruction with arteriosclerotic plaques in 38 cases,infracerebral aneurysm 10 cases,and cerebrovascular malformation 14 cases。更多还原
