高赖氨酸玉米对串珠镰刀菌穗腐病抗性遗传的初步研究
A Preliminary Study on the Inheritance of the Resistance of Opaque-2 Maize to Ear Rot Caused by Fusarium moniliforme
【摘要】 以奥帕克-2高赖氨酸玉米(简称 O2玉米)为材料,通过正反交、10×10不完全双列杂交以及六个世代对串珠镰刀菌(Fusarium moniliforme Sheld)引起穗腐病的抗性遗传进行研究。试验结果表明:O2玉米对串珠镰刀菌穗腐病的抗性属于核遗传,为不完全显性,基因的加性效应大于显性效应,抗性基因不存在上位性,抗性遗传力较高。抗性至少受1.7—2.2对基因的控制。由抗性程度不同的亲本配成的组合 F1,其抗性一般偏向抗性好的亲本一方。子代 F1与高、中和低亲本的抗性呈极显著正相关,与高亲的相关系数最大为0.7771。
【Abstract】 3 experiments,including test of the resistance of reciprocal crosses,imcomplete diallelcross analysis and study of correlation between parents and offspring,were carried out tostudy the inheritance of the resistance of O2 maize to ear rot caused by F.moniliforme.Theresults indicated that the resistance of O2 maize was inherited through the nucleus,withoutany effect from the cytoplasm.and was controlled by at least 1.7—2.2 pairs ofincomplete dominant genes.The heritability of resistance was rather high,and the additivegene effect was more important than the dominant effect.When crosses were made between parents with different magnitudes of resistance,the re-sistance of the F1 was usually nearer to that of the more resistant parent.Correlation studyshowed that the resistance of the F1 was highly significantly correlated to the high,mid and low parents,with the correlation coefficient between F1 and the high parent thehighest.
