用PMDCP和Dipy协同萃取稀土离子

【摘要】 研究了用1-苯基-3-甲基-4-二氯乙酰基吡唑酮-5(PMDCP)和2,2′-联吡啶(Dipy)的氯仿溶液协同萃取钢(Ⅲ)、镨(Ⅲ)、钕(Ⅲ)、钆(Ⅲ)、钇(Ⅲ)、镝(Ⅲ)、镱(Ⅲ)和镥(Ⅲ)。用斜率法和固态协萃合物的元素分析确定了镧协萃合物的组成为La(PMDCP)3·Dipy。计算了其半萃取pH值以及303K时的协萃常数,考查了固态协萃合物的红外、紫外吸收光谱以及热稳定性。

【Abstract】 The synergic extraction of some rare earth ions(La3+, Pr3+, Nd3+, Gd3+, Y3+, Dy3+, Yb3+, Lu3+)from nitric acid solution with the mixture of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-dichloroacetyl-pyrazolone-5 (PMDCP)and 2, 2’-dipyridyl (Dipy) in trichloromethane has been studied. By slope analysis method, the formula of the synergic extracted compound of lanthanum determined as La(PMDCP)3·Dipy. In addition, the pH values of half an extraction rate and synergic extraction constants are calculated for the rare earth ions at 303K. The solid synergic extraction compound of lanthanum is characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, ultra-violet and thermogravimetric analysis. Its formula is La46H35N8O6Cl6.
