黑曲霉Sta-122菌株产纤维素酶的研究

【摘要】 从兰州水烟上分离了一株曲霉菌,它具有分解纤维素的能力。经鉴定为黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)。为了便于应用,我们对它进行了诱变处理,结果CMC和FP活性均有不同程度提高;同时对它的产酶条件和酶学性质也作了研究。

【Abstract】 Astrain Aspergillus niger has been seperated from nicotiana. It shows the activity of cellulase. The results of experiment with UV and TNG are as follows: 1. The activities of CMC ase and Fpase increasc 57.1% and 66.7% respectly. 2. The yield of enzyme is more, when C-source is from the grass and crops grass and N-source is from (NH42SO4 and Dl-glutamic acid sodium salt. 3. The best conditions of the enzyma yield are: pH is 6.2 at the beginning, the temperature is 28 ℃ and the times are 96hr. 4. The cellulase can beirrita-ted by both of the surface activator 80 and 100. Meanwhile the enzymological properies are analysed.
