【摘要】 本文研究了多态四膜虫Tetrahymena vorax在其亲缘种即嗜热四膜虫Tetrahymena thermophilia诱导下的胞口类型转化过程。大胞口型T.vorax细胞的形成与小胞口型T.vorox及诱导细胞T.thermophilia在混合悬浮中的起始密度有关。而且,不同胞龄的T.vorax细胞其转化成大胞口细胞的能力及所需时间有所不同。连续的机械振荡可以不同程度的阻碍这种转化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The formation of macrostomes in Tetrahymena vorax induced by Tetrahymena thermophilia is studied. The number of macrostomes formed is dependent not only on the density of T. thermophilia, but also on the density of microstomes in T. vorax at initial time.
