【摘要】 本文研究了用绿液法制造麦草可漂化学浆的合适工艺及条件。结果表明:采用烧碱法绿液和硫酸盐法绿液均可以在适当的条件下制得合格的麦草可漂化学浆;两种绿液法浆的主要性能指标与几种常规的碱法浆相近,其黑液的燃烧值也在3000kcal/kg以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 A Lot of experimental programs were carried out to investigate production of a bleachble wheat straw pulp by cooking with Green Liquor, and satisfactory results were obtained. The results show that a bleachable wheat straw pulp can be produced with Soda-Green Liquor in two stage cooking by adding some NaOH and AQ, and the pulp also can be produced with KP-Green Liquor in one stage cooking by adding some NaOH.Na₂S₂O₃ and AQ. The quality index of the two kinds of Green Liquor pulp is well matched with the pulp of AS-AQ. KP-AQ and Soda-AQ, and the spent Liquor of the Green Liquor cooking process has a lower sio₂ than Sada-AQ, the spent liquid also has a good calorific value.更多还原
