【摘要】 用杂交瘤技术制备了6株能稳定分泌抗脑膜炎球菌B群外膜蛋白单抗杂交瘤细胞株。特异性鉴定表明:其中4株单抗均只与B群15型标准菌株反应,不与其它型菌株反应,显示为15型特异性单抗。另2株单抗则可与B群其它型菌株反应,为群特异性单抗。应用所制备的15型单抗对部分B群茵株进行了型别分析,结果显示与国外标准单抗一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six hybridomn cell lines were established which could stably secrete monoclonal antibodies to group B meningococcal outer membrane protein. These McAbs did not bind to groups A, D, C, 29E, W135, X, I, H, K strains and only to group B strain. Further analysis indicated that four out of six McAbs (M34, M39, M104, M130) only reacted with serotype 15 reference strain, and did not react with other serotypes reference strains. Other two McAbs (M84, M85) could also be combined with other ser-oiypes strains besides serotype 15, and might recognize a certain common antigen dete rminant on group B strain. Some Group B strains were serotyped with the prepared McAbs, and the results were identical with standard McAbs.更多还原
