【摘要】 <正> 沙棘,又名醋柳、酸刺、黑刺,是生于我国西北地区的一种优良的防风固沙和水土保持的经济树种。其果实营养丰富、富含各种维生素、氨基酸、脂肪酸及矿质元素,其中维生素C的含量居果蔬之首,是自然界中维生素C来源之一。目前沙棘的研究已引起各有关部门的重视。对沙棘果汁的开发利用已较普遍。而沙棘叶的研究开发未见报道。本文对沙棘叶中营养成分进行了定量测试,目的是在开发沙棘果实的同时对沙棘叶能够充分利用。以提高沙棘的经济价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vitamin C in the leaf of Hippophae rhamnoides L. and mineral elements in the ash content are measured in the paper. The experiment proves that the leaf of Hippophae rhamnoides L. contains abundance of Vitamin C and many kinds of mineral elements. This result is of pragmatic significance for the comperhensive utilization and exploitation of Hippo phae rharnnoides L.更多还原
