【摘要】 本文以国内外学者所采用的高温处理异种无机骨(HHAB,900℃～1400℃处理骨)为对照组,通过χ线片,光镜组织学,四环素标记荧光和扫描电镜等观察和分析,证明只需要较低温度处理(400℃)即可去除骨有机成分。同时,这种低温处理异种无机骨(LHAB)具有良好的组织相容性,具有骨引导性,移植后能修复一定的骨缺损,是一种可望用于临床的异种骨移植材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two kinds of heterogenous anorganic bone(HAB)one was treated by lower temperature(LHAB) and the other by higher temperature(LHAB),were compared and observed byroentgenograhy, histology (light microscpe), tetracyclinefluorescence labeling method, scanning electronic micro-scope. The results confirm that the lower temper-ature (400℃) can remove the remained organic partof the bone, and the LHAB is possessed of good bio-compatibility and osteoinduction. Half a pear later, theimplanted bone induced bone formation and bridged alarge osseous defect. Therefore the conclusion isthat this LHAB may be used in clinical medicine.更多还原
