【Abstract】 The clinical feature in 322 cases with condylomata-acuminata in the female lower genital tract was ana-lysed in this paper. It indicated that the carbon dioxidelaser was an ideal treatment for this disease at presentAntiviral medicine, such as interferon, is needed, Thecure rate with CO₂ laser once was 78.37%. The pregnan-cy associated with condyoma and the relation betweencondylomata acummata and carcinoma were discussed6 of 322 cases of the patients developed malignantchange and one patient had severe dysplasia.
