心肌梗塞大鼠血浆性激素动态变化及与应激的关系
THE CHANGES OF PLASMA OF SEXUAL HORMONES AFTER MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH STRESS IN RATS
【摘要】 为了探讨心肌梗塞(MI)后血浆性激素变化的方式和机理,本实验用放免法观察了MI前后不同时点的血浆性激素和皮质醇(CS)的演变。发现MI后急性期血浆睾酮(T)显著下阶(P<0.01),雌二醇(E2)轻度下降;恢复期血浆T和E2都恢复;MI后血浆CS明显增高(P<0.05),与血浆T呈相反变化;用T治疗的MI大鼠血浆CS无显著变化(P>0.05)。提示:MI后血浆性激素变化的重要原因是MI所致的应激反应,高浓度T可抑制MI后血浆CS的过度升高。
【Abstract】 To explore a mode and mechanism of the changesof plasma sexual hormones after myocardial infarction(MI), the experiments were carried out in rats to measurethe plasma level of sex hormones and cortiol(CS)at a various phase of MI using a radio--immunologictechnique During the acute phase of MI, therestosterone(T) level reduced significantly(P<0.01)while the estradiol (E2) level reduced slightly Follow-ing the recovery of MI, both T and E2 levels rose to thecontrol levels. In addition, CS level increaseddramatically (P<0.05), and its direction of changewas contrary to that of T. If the experimental rats withMI were treated with T, no change of CS level wasfound (P<0.05). We conclude that the main reasonof the changes of a various sex hormones is due to thestress caused by MI, the administer of T could preventa elevation of CS
