高频焊机微机控制的研究
On the Controlling Method for the Series Inverter Arc Welding Power Source By Microcomputer
【摘要】 本文介绍了可控硅逆变式弧焊电源单片微机控制的最小系统、接口电路以及程控方案等,论述了控制脉冲产生的方法、焊接规范的键盘调节及显示、空载—负载—短路状态的相互转换和系统的调节方法等,试验结果表明,电源具有比较理想的陡降外特性及动态品质。
【Abstract】 The controlling method for the inverter are welding power source by single-chip microcomputer is described in this paper. The minimum system, interface circuit and the scheme for program control are discussed. The methods for controlling pulse generation, the keyboard adjusting of welding norm and the showing of output current, the tranformation from no load to load or short circuit and the adjusting method of the microcomputer controlling system are also expounded. The results show that the power source has satisfactory external constant current charateristics and dynamic response.
