利用ZrOCl2-YCl3-CeCl3加水分解制备超细ZrO2(Y2O3,CeO2)粉末
PREPARATION. OF CODEPOSITED SUBMICRON ZrO2 (Y2O3, CeO2) POWDERS BY HYDROLYSIS OF ZrOCl2-YCl3-CeCl3
【摘要】 利用ZrOCl2-YCl3-CeCl3三元体系加水分解的方法制备了PSZ氢氧化物前驱体。该前驱体在大分子有机物的保护下,经加热分解可得到活性的ZrO2(Y2O3,CeO2)粉末。本文研究了该三元体系的水解过程及胶体质点大小的水解产物与分散介质的固液分离问题。结果表明,该三元体系在pH=2的条件下,沸腾80~100h,能形成60nm大小的氧化物水合物质点,用含羧基的大分子有机物捕集,可将上述胶体质点滤出。干燥后的胶体质点完全晶化的温度在500℃左右。所得粉体粒子大部分为t-ZrO2,平均粒径200nm。
【Abstract】 The PSZ-hydroxide precursor is prepared by hydrolysis of ZrOCl2-YCl3-CeCl3. The reactive ZrO2 (Y2O3, CeO2) powders are obtained by pyrolysis ofthe precursor under the protection of polymer. This paper investigates the processof hydrolysis of the ternary system and the problem of separating betweensolution and solid in colloid particle. It is shown that the hydrated oxide inparticle size 60nm can be precipitated by boiling the ternary system at pH=2for 80~100 hours. The colloid particle can be filtrated by flocculation of poly-mer. Crystallization of thermolysis products is reached at about 500℃. Thepowders obtained have t-ZrO2 construction mostly, average particle size 200nm.
