【Abstract】 A generalized corresponding states correlation has been proposed by Zhangand Xu （1986）. In this work, the acentric factor ω is considered as a changeableparameter and correlated with the reduced temperature. The vapor pressures ofnormal alkanes ranging from C₁ through C₂0 are calculated by using the Zhangand Xu correlation with the changeable value of ω. The overall average deviationfor 20 n-alkanes is 0.48%, which is far less than that obtained by other me-thods.更多还原
