The strange bone-lamella fossils described and illustrated in this paper were isolated by etching with 10-15% acidic acid from the limstoae whichwas collected by the writers from the lower cambrian Shuijingtuo Formation in Zhenba county, South Shaanxi. The other associated fossils are Trilobites, Bradoriids, Hyolithids, Brachiopods), inarticulata), Sponge spicules and so on.The main characteristics of the bone-lamellay fossils are as follows:
