【摘要】 本文从产业结构政策的基本理论出发,通过对产业结构合理化及其识别标准、选择主导产业的基准等问题的分析,提出了独立见解。在理论导向下,文章运用一系列的具体指标对我国交通运输产业的有关资料进行定量的计算和分析,指出加速发展公路运输业是缓解我国文通运输紧张状况的捷径之一。并通过建立我国交通运输产业基建投资计量经济模型,模拟和分析了交通运输基建投资计量经济模型,模拟和分析了交通运输基建投资的历史情况。再根据国家经济发展战略提出三种不同投资预测方案,为实施交通运输产业结构政策提供了具体依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Started with the basic theory of industry structure policy, this paper analyses the industry structure rationalization and its distinguishing standard and the criterion of selecting dominant industry etc., then put forward some distinctive views. On the basis of the theory, through calculating and analgzing the datas of nation’s transportation quantitatively by using a series of indexes, this paper also pointed out that it is one of the shortcuts of mitigating the short supply of transportation to speed the development of highway transportation. At the end, it established a transportation industry investment economy model to imitate and analyse the investment. According to the nation’s developing strategy, it has provided three kinds forecasting scheme as the particular basis of implementing transportation industry structure policy.更多还原
